I’m Joshua Shephard — a Las Vegas-based social media editor, videographer, and content creator working at the intersection of combat sports and storytelling.

Currently at TKO (Zuffa Boxing, UFC & Power Slap), I create and edit content that captures the energy of the fight game — from highlight packages and social activations to event coverage. Before stepping into this role full-time, I spent a year as an Assistant Editor at UFC and built experience across sports media, freelance work, and live production with companies like Overtime, AEW, and Disney.

I studied Film & Television Production at DePaul University and continued developing my craft in Sports Marketing & Media. That foundation, combined with hands-on work behind the camera and editing softwares, shapes how I approach every project: clean visuals, strong pacing, and content that actually performs.

Outside of day-to-day work, I’m building Cre8tive Mentality — a personal brand focused on sports culture, media, and creative entrepreneurship. Whether I’m cutting a fight highlight, shooting behind-the-scenes, or developing ideas for the next project, my goal stays the same: make work that feels sharp, intentional, and true to the culture.
